1. Platform Nature

NoWait acts only as a booking facilitation platform and does not guarantee service availability or quality.

2. Bookings

Bookings made through the app are requests subject to salon acceptance and availability.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are encouraged to cancel bookings in advance if they are unable to attend. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary account restrictions.

4. Reporting & Review

Customers and salons may report issues related to bookings. NoWait may review reported concerns and take reasonable actions such as warnings or temporary access limitations based on usage patterns.

5. Payments

All payments are handled directly between the customer and the salon.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
